It’s hard for me to be just watching those beautiful gemstones and do nothing, especially when you feel they are calling you with their unique color and flashes of fire. In my case, some design concepts will surface and chase me all day. What a great hunt!

I love the gemstone obsession when it happens to me. I laid out those stones on a sheet of white paper, arrange them in place like playing puzzle, move them to different angle or pair them with stones of different shapes or colors. I don’t know how Elsa Peretti communicated with her muse, I stare at the gemstones and think of my favorite jewelry brand, Bvlgari, praying for super power… Well, this usually doesn’t work.

At the end of the day, I just created a quite classic designs to simply bring out the inherent hue that the gemstones themselves produced.
